When reporting problems, please include the following information:
1. What version of SCT you are running (1.2, 1.3, etc)?
2. What version of Windows are you running (Windows XP, Windows Vista, etc.)?
3. What version of SQL Server are you running (SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, etc)?
4. Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
